    Please God, by September next year everything will be back to normal :) In that case they have reduced the number to reflect the lack of pilgrims, that's nice of them because it was a very long walk and badly signed.

    I walked the Ingles in June in 2013. The weather forecast said the weather would be good but it wasn't, it was cloudy and wet. Because of the weather forecast I only took a sleeping bag liner and a small fleece blanket. I survived but I promised myself not to walk without a sleeping bag again.

    The other thing to consider is changing the wretched €50 notes. Think ahead about the notes you are carrying, small bars don't want a big note for a cup of coffee and if an albergue is 'donativo' it is sensible to have smaller denomination notes, particularly if it is a 'put in a box' donation...

    Tell me about credential stamps/sellos

    In Lugo cathedral the stamp is in the sacristy, you have to find someone and ask. It is not a paying cathedral, the Blessed Sacrament is exposed all day and people go in to pray. I found a sacristan without any problem but I may have just been lucky.
