Thank you for your comments everyone. I will lighten my weight and hope this is the main cause to the problem. If the issue is still present tomorrow I will arrange to have my pack delivered ahead for a few days. I adjust my straps every time I take it off and back on again but I shall take more...- chazzie_leigh
