    Walked from Atapuerca to Burgos today through constant heavy freezing rain and snow. It’s still only 6 degrees, 2 when we started. Lots of pilgrims taking the bus and taxis, they just didn’t have the wet weather gear.

    Yes, I needed a lightweight sleeping bag and I had a silk liner and pillowcase. I had a lightweight down jacket but hardly used it and a lightweight thin fleece and one long sleeved base layer. It’s so difficult deciding what to take!
