How many Km/day?
For me it depended from the weather, but most of the time about 25km a day. But if the weather is too cold or rainy, than just 15km or something like that.- Walkandwalk

Washing - soap, shampoo or detergent
I used a natural soap for washing clothes and it worked fine. Also a small shampoo bottle for hair and body, and when it ended I just bought another one.- Walkandwalk
