It has been suggested to me to try Mueller's jumpers knee strap for under the knee to help with descents. Also, an illiotibial support band above the knee for IT problems.
Does anyone have experience using either type product?
Would appreciate hearing your experiences
Thank you for any replies.
Looking for a trail runner or trail shoe. The stores all say the one they carry is the best. I have having problems finding a good fit that will last the whole CF The Hoka Speedgoat feels great but the salespeople say they only last about 100 km.The Keen doesn't fit. Any suggestions?
For those of you veterans on this forum, What would you consider the physically easiest of the Camino Routes?
I listened to a podcast by a Camino tour company that said The Portuguese and Ingleses was the easiest but require 30km a day. ???? Doesn't sound that way to me.
What do you think?
I have watched several videos about going down slopes. Some say zig zag, some say keep knees bent, some say heel first, others forefoot first
So, how should you do a steep grade, loose rocks or gravel and muddy or rainy conditions.
Thanks for answering.
I am shopping and trying on boots to train in for the Camino. I like the feel of the new Hoka Sky Kaha? Does anyone have experience with these boots? I read on the forum that some were having problems with the Toa soles.
Thanks
