Help! Osteopath needed a couple of days before SdC
Hi Are there any osteopaths on the CF a few days away from SdC. My ankle joint has gone to pieces and needs a manipulation. 🤞🏻not sure I can walk on tomorrow and I’m so nearly there 😢 TIA S- Sylvmino

Starting Camino Frances 22/23 May - weather? clothes?
Hello All I am planning on starting from SJPdP on the 22/23 May and wondering about the weather. It's hard to know if it will be a bit cold there or not and if i will need a thin sleeping bag or sheet / warmer walking clothes. Any advice would be really great.
