Lodging for over 1 night SJPDP?
Gite Porte Saint Jacques let me stay more than one night with no need to vacate during the day. It is a few doors up from the pilgrim office. My only error was paying a premium via booking.com- Anthony Rickaby

Is my daily average goal too ambitious?
I once tried a 10k running race straight after a 15 mile a day 200 mile walk. After 1k I had to re-teach my legs and ankles how to run. When I did the Camino I met a young fit runner who had to take 3 days off to recover from walking as her running did not immediately translate to walking. We...- Anthony Rickaby
