I stayed at Beilari for 2 nights ( after a flight from Australia so thought I’d need it) . Joseph at Beilari is wonderful, it was a great experience to start the Camino
I am here now at this lovely albergue- Bideluze. I thank you for pointing it out. It is my favorite so far ( apart from Beilari SJPDP) a real treat to sit in the beautiful garden after a hot dusty walk. A warm welcome, dinner is cooking and smells good 😊 🙏

Hello my fellow Aussie 🤗 I’m on the way too finally! Started in SJPdP on 27 th April at the wonderful Beilari albergue, then blessed with a rare sunny day to Orisson followed by an opposite experience to Roncenvalles in thick mist! Now in Peunte la reina. My advice is Book Ahead. Buen Camino.
I am in Pamploma. Last night in Zubiri was booked out and tonight in Pamploma is booked out. We met a man who did not have a bed and every seemed booked out- late afternoon with long weekend of public holiday coming up. Good luck everyone. Bookings recommended

Hi Jenny, good to hear from you. Not long for you now! Have a wonderful trip. Buen Camino to you too. I'm loving all the up to date info from this forum- it's reassuring to know others are getting out there.. very exciting to be preparing to finally go!
Hi, a fellow Aussie here, I’m going in April- first time so nervous excited! Stating SJPDP April 27 😊 a lot more to consider with logistics now but I feel I just have to jump in there and do it! Buen Camino to you.
