Orthotics for Supination
Does anyone have a good experience with an off-the-shelf orthotic to correct for supination (your weight rolls onto the outer edges of your feet as you take a step)? Is a 4G phone enough in Spain?
I have both a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S 4G LTE phone and a Samsung S13 5G phone. Both are unlocked. I prefer the 4G phone because it accommodates 2 SIMs. Is there any problem using a 4G phone in Spain?- winemakerfw51
