    OBSOLETE COVID THREAD Airline refund on cancellation ?

    Well, I got my letter.... they cancelled my 1 June flights. I can re book anytime before 30 Sept for any flights that Etihad has as long as I fly by 31 July 2021. No refund but they do offer 5000 reward points. I was going to walk the Norte and then go to my daughters wedding in the Pyrenees...

    This is where I am forced to take my self isolation. It's just me and my dog Penny. Actually I self isolate quite frequently. That mountain in the far distance was burning for weeks during all the fires earlier this year in Oz. This is the very far north of New South Wales.

    Thanks Kanga. I may take you up on your offer as I get closer to my fly date. I felt my Camino 'kick in' a few days after I booked my flight. It has definitely started. I have been having walking dreams at night and it is never far from my consciousness during the day. I am pretty excited.
