Does the municipal albergue in Negreira sell credentials or can i use the one where I finished in Vigo in April this year? Or does the last stamp have to be Santiago de Compostela?

i am going on a flight to Madrid in September and either doing the Madrid camino or catching public transport to do part of the vía de la plata. If anyone can please give me any information on what chances I have for accommodation on these routes or if it will be possible to walk? 🤞
