    I bought a pair of Teva sandals from him in 2018. He was lovely and patient. After the purchase he said something in Spanish that sounded SO sincere, that he made me cry. We passed through Castrojeriz a few weeks ago, but it was on a Sunday and the shop was closed.

    Help - possibly need new shoes

    In 2018 I walked 700km in my Keen’s hiking sandals after ditching my $200+ Scarpa hiking shoes (blisters). They were very good but didn’t offer as much support as a shoe. Since then I have walked 2 Caminos in Keens hiking shoes and they are the best.
