I arrived in Santiago and didn't see a single pilgrim.

We walked the Invierno in March/April this year. We loved it, and after the crowds of the Frances the year before, it was a delight.

    Non Profits To Donate To

Hi, I'm currently volunteering with an organisation called Camino Companions. We provide a welcome service for English speaking pilgrims arriving in Santiago. We have a room upstairs from where pilgrims can come to chat with other pilgrims, share their experiences, 'de-brief' and have...

I love that place. I've spent time in there on 2 occasions. My husband fell asleep in the garden at the back. It has a very peaceful feeling there.

Got our QR code then had plenty of time to have lunch before it was time to get our Compostellas. Quite a good system.

Mass on Coastal Camino Portugal 🇵🇹

When I walked the Camino Ingles in September 2020, I attended Mass in the church next to the pilgrims office, with Fr Manny Domingo. We were the only 2 people there! It was wonderful to celebrate Mass in English and quite special.
