Have to agree with you two, I've had my moneys worth out of Ryanair, and none of this pulling curtains over the front of the plane!
Flying Edinburgh to Santander on the 10th April, only slight complaint is the flights I booked last year from Vigo to Edinburgh no longer run,( and that was with...
This bit is particularly true, ( the downhill walking), no two people are the same and the sum of the Camino is way harder than it seems on paper, be prepared for the unexpected, the constant level or nearly flat walking on the Meseta is the toughest on mind and body, I developed shin splints...
I found it in my booklet from the confraternity, once I knew where to look, looks like I'm still about two days to go to Rabanal del Camino staying at Villar de Mazarife, at Albergue Paraiso de Jesus, has a small pool which was welcome, anyone else on the Frances nearby?
Looking to stay in the Albergue run by the confraternity of st james on the camino frances, currently a day from Leon, but couldn't find it on their website, or in the small booklet for 2017/2018,maybe too tired when I started looking, do you have the name of the refuge and town?
Thanks Bill
Thanks RJM , end of July, all of August and first few days Sept, guess I can always buy a sleeping bag out there if I get too cold, and maybe leave the waterproof trousers!
It is still single figures at night in Scotland, and rainy so hoping for a huge difference in the weather from here...
Wow that's good going, under 3kg, did you still manage to take a sleeping bag ?
I will have to get the scales out and see what I can leave out,
Cheers Bill
