Hi Bob M
If you want to see snow on the camino see Reb's blog http://www.moratinoslife.blogspot.com/
How good is that?

Dear Jo
And still smiling, despite getting my crappy results from my end of school exams last night!

Don't worry about the "crappy results" With the insight and determination you have shown walking the camino new opportunities for the future will open up. Just a matter of waiting and...
Hi HDrider
Forget this "wimp" stuff. You are being you and we all make our own Camino (or it makes us). Enjoy every moment of your walk. It's always a pleasure to hear of others excitement and experiences, keep it up. Many reading your comments wished they were there too.
Cheers Rose Louise
Hi
Then there's always the Camino Portugues beginning at Tui - 115 km to Santiago de Compostella. I would break up the walk by spending a day in Pontevedra, where there is so much to see.

Ivar,

I would hope the weather could be a little kinder. Have a better grasp of basic Spanish so that we could respond to all those lovely old women who chatted to us along the way. More time to really steep ourselves in the towns and cities along the way. Spend a week in Santiago exploring the...
Seasons Greetings to you all. Our greatest wish is for peace and a better world. Buen Camino to all those planning on walking in 2009. Thanks Ivar for a great forum and best wishes for your new venture in 2009. Rose Louise

Thanks for the great posts of your walk. What will you do after the Camino? Enjoy the memories of the wonderful and sometimes painful experiences that have unfolded along the way for you.
Cheers Rose Louise
We are certainly not overtraining. Walking, with and without pack, cycling and grape picking (stretching, bending, carrying - it’s vintage time in Oz). Walking is such a peaceful experience –time to think, reflect and be at one with yourself.
Knocked off one of those “Camino demons” last...

"If" An inspirational piece of poetry, a copy of which has hung of the walls of our family home for the past 70 years. Five years ago it was passed from my mother to myself on the understanding that it would go to my son on her passing. Three days later we lost her unexpectedly. He and...

The guidance you give and kindness you show to other members of this forum is unparalleled. Saw this little quote and thought it appropriate.
"What we do with every day is what matters most".
We give thanks to you for brightening the days of so many.
