Have walked Lisbon to SDC twice in the last two years - love Portugal. Last year we found it much busier than 2017 and it got busier as we walked. Achilles Novice (with a KM concern) and Coastal Section Advice
Just finished the Portuguese Camino, Lisbon to Finisterre. We walked the coast from Matosinhos to Caminha then back on to the Central. Enjoyed all three legs you mention.
