3rd - 4th May to San Juan Pied a Port
Definately you should do a booking - I am not sure if they accept any booking fees but the place is easily packed especially if the weather is bad!!!!! When I was there, it was full by 12.00hrs. Unfortunately if you do not manage to get a place there, then you have to walk an extra 16km to the...- chax

Marianne, from my point of view it does not matter which road to choose, in my opinion it is the actual experience which is the most important and it does not matter if you do not reach Santiago, you may start from wherever you want and then continue your Cammino whenever is convenient for you...- chax
