    First Aid Kit for Camino Frances

    What are the essential items to have in a first aid kit for the Camino Frances? I begin in St. Jean on August 26th. I am trying to "Go Light" and I understand I will find pharmacies on the way, but I don't want to be caught without something that I may need. Thanks.
