7) Alsa.es Buses to Astorga every half hour – take 50 mins - €3.40: If you want to sightsee in Leon get a later bus. If not, get an earlier bus and start walking to Rabanal 20.4 114.7
8) Rabanal - Molinaseca 24.9 139.6 R, P
9) Molinaseca – Ponferrada : Alsa.es bus at 11:45 to Sarria Arr: 14:15.
(Could stay a night, or walk 4.5km to Casa Carmen in Barbadelo ) 7.8
10) Sarria - Portomarin 22.4 169.8 R
11) Portomarin – Palas de Rei 24.9 194.7 R, 2P, C, H
12) Palas deRei - Ribadiso 25.7 220.4 R

**You could save a day (and have an extra day in Santiago) by not sleeping in Astorga. Get an early bus from Leon and start walking to Rabanal before lunch time.
Pre-book rooms in Rabanal so that you don’t miss out on beds.
