St James' Way - Self-guided 4-7 day Walking Packages, Reading to Southampton, 110 kms
The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Thank you, great pictures indeed!

In March of 2018 we had 1 week for a blitz-camino :)
Day 1. Helsinki-flight-Madrid-bus-Burgos
Day 2. In Burgos and then bus to Leon.
Day 3. Walking Leon - Hospital de Orbigo
Day 4. Walking Hospital de Orbigo - Astorga
Day 5. Walking Astorga - El Acebo
Day 6. Walking El Acebo -Ponferrada
Day 7. Ponferrada-bus-Madrid-flight-Helsinki

So only 4 days of walking, but it was pretty spectacular route indeed, including passing Cruz de Fierro..

When I clicked on that link it took me to Facebook and then, after they'd attached some of their cookies, I was diverted to Hola Magazine.
I think this link should take you straight to the item if you would like to step around the Meta-verse

I changed my link, thanks for that! Believe it or not, I tried to go direct to Hola and apparently was unable to do that, because I know there are some on the forum with very strong aversions to Facebook.

Interestingly, their focus seems to be on the autonomous region of Castilla-Leon. All of the Caminos they picked pass through the region and they only discuss the parts of those Caminos that lie within the region. So, for example for the Camino Frances (the first of the fifteen) they start their discussion with the Montes de Oca and finish with Villafranca del Bierzo and the passage into Galicia.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

@David Tallan. I believe that the magazine is a regional publication hence the article's focus on Castilla-Leon.

Beautiful pics, thanks, Laurie!
Slightly off topic, but there were lots of really interesting links to follow about routes around Burgos, with information pertinent to the San Olav and last stages of the Lana, as well as the Viejo and Vasco. Here are a few of my faves:

last stages of the Lana,
Thanks, VN. The description of the Desfiladero de Yecla reminded me that the last time I walked into Santo Domingo de Silos coming off the Castellano-Aragonés, I had tried to fin a way to detour off to walk through the gorge. Now that I use wikiloc it is very easy!

From Huerta de Rey, on the Lana, to the Yecla gorge, is about 20 km.

From the gorge to the monastery in Santo Domingo de Silos is about 7.5

Looks like it would be a nice detour!
