Hi, I am setting of for 7 days walk soon to try and finish the walk following my hubbys injury last year . I got as far as Baiona. I would like to re walk a couple of days and still complete it in 7 days . Quite comfortable walking between 14-18 miles a day ( or odd slightly longer one of need be) any suggestions from people who have completed a 7 day walk along coastal route would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Forum, Shazbo!

Just to help people give you suggestions - do you know which town you'd like to start in this time?

Enjoy all the planning and Buen Camino!

How about 6 stages which I did a few weeks ago:

Baiona - Vigo approx. 24 km

Vigo - Redondela 14 km

Redondela - Pontevedra 19.5 km

Pontevedra - Caldas de Reis 21km

Caldas de Reis - Padron 18.5 km

Padron - Santiago 25.5 km

Enjoy an extra day in Santiago or take an excursion. Buen Camino.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.
