There is a secret staircase,away above the clouds - that last day of December reaches to the ground -on each step stands a Pilgrim,that once walked the Way -from a thousand years ago,to a year ago today - some,by dress are peasants,some by dress are lords - some wear Templar armour,complete with shield and sword - they all stand at attention,as a tribute from the past - to all the Peregrinos - who in that year have passed - and the souls of those lost Pilgrims,climb the staircase high above - and proudly walk through Heaven's. Gate - to wait for those they love.
