For those, like me, who don't carry technology and need a computer to access the internet, I compiled a list of places I found between Seville and Caceres. In all these cases access was free, frquently limited to 45 minutes depending on demand.
Triana - in Triana Backpacker Hostel for those staying there.
Guillena - in the Library in the Civic Centre, near the Supermarket, Jacqueline (hospitalera) will show you. Closed over lunch, opens about 4pm. Very popular with local kids!
Castilblanco - there are computers in a room under the albergue which are supposed to be available to the publc (according to my unreliable guide) I didn't see the place open.
Almaden de la Plata - I think there were computers in the Csa de la Cultura but don't quite me on that one.
Monasterio- in the Cultural Centre Library, behind the Town Hall. Closes 8pm
Zafra - in the library on the square opposite the Parador.
Vilafranca - Hostal Perin
Torremejia - Casa de la Cultura, ask the hopitalero for a map.
Alcuescar - in a builing after the children's guarderia, on the road going up towrds town, a little after the pink Casa de la Cultura.
Caceres - in the library, behind the Gran Teatro, Paseo de Canovas. The tourist Info centre gives maps. You generally need to book here but you may be lucky and get a gap.

There are probably ones in some of the other towns, I'm sure Real de la Jara must have but i was there on a Sunday, they have WIFI!!
