Albergue? Hotel?Good evening pilgrims!
I am looking to make reservations in SJPdP for 2 evenings April 5th and 6th for my husband and I. Any suggestions?
Thank you,
jujubery
I recommend "La coille napoleon". I stayed there before, host couple welcomed us and the breakfast was great!
Website is as below, you can check up the pictures, too.

Thank you Mark!As far as hotels in SJPdP go, I stayed at the Central Hotel one night. It was nice. Right next to the small river that runs through town.
The one private albergue I made reservations at beforehand was the Gite Azkorria. That was nice as well, and very close to the pilgrim's office. It included breakfast in the morning.

GPeachy,A friend and I stayed at Maison Donamaria before starting out on our Camino at the end April 2016. We loved it. The owner, Jean François, is a charming, witty and thoughtful host. The house is cozy and just a few minutes from the center of town and located along the Camino route. It was very easy to find. Rooms are comfortable and very clean, breakfast is delicious. We ate at 7 am and left at 7:30. I look forward to staying here again, either to start another Camino or to tour and hike the area. Jean François is extremely knowledgeable about the area, the Camino and other hiking routes and he will happily and enthusiastically share his knowledge with you.
WildPlace,I stayed at Gite Ultreia (shared/hostel/dormitory accomodation) in 2015 and have booked again for this year (new owner now) http://www.ultreia64.fr/en/home/ very well situated in the same road as the Pilgrim's Office - Rue de la Citadelle

Nelia,
Thank you for your response. I looked it up on booking.com and it looks like a lovely place. How far out is this place from center of SJPdP?
