The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
The xunta albergue in Sarria which is open all year also issues Credentials.

You ned not stay there to obtain the document.

At the bottom of the Gronze page linked above are listed other Sarria accommodations both for pilgrims and tourists. Tap each citation for address/email etc.

Good luck and Buen camino!

close to Pilgrim office
Curiously, there is no Pilgrim Office in Sarria! For the credential, follow mspath's post. For an easy start in the morning, try:
Albergue La Casona de Sarria
Rúa San Lázaro, 24, 27600 Sarria, Spain

http://www.lacasonadesarria.es/

They have rooms and albergue bunk beds. It is a flat walk from the train and bus stations, and a short, flat walk around the corner by the river to the start of the route out of town. The best food in town is the Restaurante Albany near the train station:

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

€149,-
Transport luggage-passengers.
From airports to SJPP
Luggage from SJPP to Roncevalles
Thank you so very much, I will look now.
