accomodations in Via Aurélia GR 653 A and Via de La Costa

I´m from Portugal and I will ride from Rome To Portugal and I will pass trought Via Francigena, Via de LA Costa and GR 653 A .

I don´t have accomodations in Via de LA Costa and GR 653 A. I´m in doubt about carrying my tent all over the way. Is more than 2000 kms
Can you give me some information, please?
