My Time

My wife and I are starting the Camino Frames in early May next year. Our intent is to stay at Orisson on the first night - we have time to take it slow. We can find the phone number to book but wondering if there is list of email addresses for the various accommodation options along the Camino, particularly at Orisson.

Thanks for any assistance.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

€83,-
Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
I've got email addresses (where known) for most accommodation options on my site (over 430 places listed currently):

www.caminopedia.com

There are also downloadable GPS tracks which show the locations relative to the route itself, which can be helpful.

The all-in-one-PDF that wayfarer linked to is also an excellent resource.

Good to have patience with Orisson. It does take a few days for response.

Email the dates would like to request stay. In 3-4 days, a response will come. It is at that time the instructions are sent to pay for the bed(s). Confirmation will follow. A "long" process, but one that seems to not fail. Patience.

This is the experience I had while assisting another for a June stay. At the same time, it is what I found with others as well.

Might be best to start making contact in March if they are taking reservations by then.

Wishing you the best of all journeys,
Simeon

mralisan is correct - Jean-Jacques is a very busy man this time of year, try and book by email and then, to avoid disappointment, call him by phone from home to confirm!! Not a recommendation, a must!!

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc

Is that app mentioned on your site going to be available for Android ?

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
