Absolutely a delightful albergue. I stayed there in 2017. Hope to again some day. 
Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
Then it's back on the market. In 2016 I had contact with the owner cause he was interested in selling back then but subsequently changed his mind.
