Bom dia,

The Portuguese camino is officially open. The albergue in Porto, Albergue de Peregrinos do Porto, accepted the first two pilgrims yesterday.

And they have implemented all the new required safety measures:

We are starting to get a lot of posts announcing openings along the different caminos. In an attempt to keep information easily accessible, we are going to start a separate thread for each camino as some reports come in. Please use this thread to post about Caminho Portugués albergues.

A very brief summary in English of the post above (since it's short on details anyway):

The albergue has always enforced certain rules related to security, hygiene and comfort. We have adopted new measures for post-COVID but in practice there aren't many changes from those previously in place, with the only major difference being distancing.
