Albergue Vilasario

Has anyone used the Albergue Vilasario which is a school building approx 14km from Negreira en route to Olveiroa?

isn't that the abandoned village school? got caught in a torrential rainstorm 5 years ago, and found shelter in this building, but wouldn't recommend to stay overnight, no way! in April 2006 it was in an even worse state.

Sounds pretty awful. I guess I'll have to walk a little further that day.
