Can any member advise if there are Albergues between Cadavo Baleira and Lugo, and Melide and O Pedruzo.
These seem to be too long a distance for me. I will be hoping to walk in June next year having previously walked much of the Frances and Potuguese

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

You will find much information at Gronze.com, and if you have a Camino walking guide most of them have information on this kind of thing, too. And you can look at the topics for the route you have in mind. There always seems to be a sub-thread on albergues.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
Between O Cadavo and Lugo the only place where you can stop is Castroverde. Between Melide and O Pedruzo there is an Albergue at Taberna Vella.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Hostel A Pocina de Muniz at Vilar de Cas was the best albergue we ever stayed at. It is 16.1 km after Cadavedo Baleira. Lugo is only 14.4 km from Vilar de Cas. That gives you lots of time to see Lugo in the afternoon. The terrain is easy those two days.
