>Hi all

I totally recommend staying at
Albergue Triana - Seville. Small kitchen upstairs. Close to all amenities.
Municipal Albergue - Guillena. Basic small kitchen microwave and hotplate cooking only. Mais Dia supermarket (opens at 1800) about 10 min walk away.
Castilblanco de los Arroyos - basic albergue (try to get the room with eight beds just off the kitchen)
Almaden de la Plata - dormitory style rooms upstairs and downstairs. Good sized kitchen. Hot showers. Basic laundry facilities outside
El Real de Jara - very basic kitchen (microwave only) albergue is on the entry point to town. No laundry. Try Hostal Molina for same price but no kitchen (10 Euros<) if you arrive early.
Did not like Hostal Extremadura (12 euros) - no heating (raining all day everything wet) and hot water takes ages to heat up. Good reports for Hotel Rinconcella but currently undergoing renovations.
Albergue Turistico - Fuente de >Cantos (well worth it 12 euro includes breakfast). Old converted convent on the
Albergue Turistico - Zafra (well worth it 12 euro includes breakfast - entry point from Avenue fuente de >Maestre and camino commences in Calle Anche around the corner). Supermarket about five minutes walk off Calle Anche first street on right
Casa Perin - Villafranca de los Barros (18 euro for single/peregrino price - lucked in and got a huge room with a double bed. Totally awesome). All rooms have ensuites. Popular place that fills up quickly and and pilgrims are turned away. Off Calle Carrillo Arerias 40 right on the camino. No breakfast but use of kitchen.

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.
