I have an Alcatel flip phone. Does anyone know whether I can get the SIM replaced with a Spanish SIM at a Vodafone store?

All SIM cards are compatible with all phones.
But some operators are locking the phones they are selling to their own SIM cards.
The first thing to do is to ask your provider if it is the case...

Some older phones don't use SIM cards. You will have to check that yours does.
