Long walk for coffee 17km's. There is a nice rest area about 10 km's with benches to sit . Last 7k along the highway. Albergue in Puento Duero is very nice with Hospitalero Arturo. Small town i bought food in tienda and cooked. Breakfast at Albergue, donativo, be generous.

Not a particularly nice stretch as I remember. But was very lucky because hospitalera cooked me a delicious dinner ;)
I think Arturo is president of Valladolid Asociation, is he not?

No other peregrinos yet, Joe?

Arturo is the Hospitalero in Puento Duero. There is a Korean peregrina. We walked together the last two days. She speaks a little Spanish and no English. TY Google translate. On her way to Carrion de Los Condes to be a Hospitalera for one month. We bought food and cooked.

Today there is another Peregrino. A Frenchman. So far he is not sociable.
