I've booked my flight to Madrid, the bus to Oviedo and my accommodation in Oviedo for the first night. I just have to wait until mid May now, so fingers crossed that it passes quickly.

Originally I'd hoped to arrive in Oviedo earlier and walk a short stage on the same day, but the bus isn't scheduled to arrive until 17.30, so I'll just have a relaxing night in Oviedo. I've been there before and there are some places I'd like to revisit, so that's no real hardship.

I'm right with you...flight is booked and I'm in full planning/anticipation mode. I expect to get to Oviedo May 13 or 14 via the San Salvador from León, so perhaps we'll see each other out there. Buen Camino!

I'll be arriving on the 13th Bob, so I might see you on the trail.
I'm also planning to return to Spain in August to walk the San Salvador, which looks amazing.

I will arrive in Oviedo on the 13th from San Salvador if everything goes as planned, then continue on the Primitivo the following day. Maybe we’ll see eachother. Buen Camino
