ALSA has also a Twitter account https://twitter.com/Alsa_Autobuses/with_replies. And, contrary to other companies, it seems there is actually a person watching entries and answering queries. I don't know if they can answer in English, but I think it is possible.

ALSA is good but their app is terrible. It seems user friendly, but quite a lot of buses are just not on there, for no reason. I was even told by their own booking clerks at a bus station that in the app 'no hay nada'. Don't trust it.
