Hello,
I’ve been trying to book buses on ALSA’s website and it keeps on failing to complete the transaction: just getting a turning circle after I put in the card details. Is this a common problem or should I buy a tin foil hat?

I also had trouble last year while I was in Spain trying to book on the Alsa website on my phone. I downloaded their app, and it was easier.
 
@Ian Afloat, it may be a problem with your browser. ALSA's site, and particularly it's calendar doesn't like auto-translated numerals. Once you have identified all your necessaries use the Spanish language site to make your booking.
Or just buy your ticket at the bus station or even on the bus. Unless you are planning to travel on a peak holiday weekend or at the end of a University term there will rarely be any need to book more than an hour or two ahead of your journey.

Yes that happened to me yesterday. I ended up buying my ticket for more money on another website.
