Alternative accommodation Armentiera

Hi All.
Hoping to walk the spiritual variant in June and order if anyone knows any alternative accommodation in Armentiera other than the municipal and the Mosteiro
as I fear the Alburgue might be oversubscribed this year as pilgrims return back.
Any advice most welcome

Sadly I don't know of alternatives (apart from the expensive hotel) but I've heard of pilgrims who take a taxi nearby. Google is bringing up Carballo de Prado not too far away.

It was great . They even pick you up at the monastery… and drop you off on the Camino the next day. Really Nice people !!!
But of course It us not the same price, but at least you secure a room.

We just stayed at Carballo de Prado in April---lovely spot and people! They serve dinner (for a fee) and breakfast, too!

Our VERY favorite section was Armentiera to VilaNova de Arousa...the first half or so, of the 15-16 miles walk is riverside and in a green canopy of lusciousness..TONS of waterfalls.

I stayed at the fancy hotel. Very minimalist, but very comfortable and quiet.

The albergue was taking reservations last year so you could consider that if you’re worried about getting a bed. Buen Camino
