Dear. All

I'm going to Paris in 2days and start to walk CF on 10th!

Btw, are there any restaurants serve andouillette(French sausage) in French Way?

I tried it in Paris before, it was really good so I will try it in Paris this time again.
Any recommand restaurant in Paris, too??

Buen Camino!

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

€83,-
Good andouillette is somewhat hard to come by, even in France ... My butcher had some of the good stuff this Christmas, but that was unusual.

If you love traditional French bourgeois cuisine, then I can most heartily recommend Le Polidor, on Rue Monsieur le Prince near the Luxembourg Gardens, the Panthéon, and the Sorbonne.

Not sure about andouillettes in Paris but in S.W. France we often see andouillettes on the menu especially in the country restos. Not my choice but each to his own!

Thank you for your recommandation.

However andoulette may be found in Saint Jean Pied de Port;
the last time I ate at Chez DeDe it was on the menu. Located at 3 rue de France and near the Pilgrim Office this resto is often suggested by them. The place also appears in the movie The Way. I have eaten here many times over the years; the food is good and the prices very reasonable.

Yes but there's andouillette and then there's andouillette -- I don't know about theirs, so I can say nothing against it ; all I can say is that if it has even the hint of a bitter tang to it, then there's better elsewhere ... ;)

We got our own version of andouille here in Louisiana (or should I say Louisiane?).
The best kind to put in red beans and rice. ;)
c'est bon...
