I am walking in March and April of 2019.
I am walking right now, almost in Leon. Having a great time, walking with a lovely man from Slovakia. We are just curious if any Slovakians or tchechs are walking right now, as well! Thanks!

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Hi I'm heading to Camino in April , I'm a little worried of the unknown. Can you advice on what area to stay in after we leave Lugo on day one and want to arrive in melida on day 3 .

Many thanks

Hi Lisa @Lisakline
You must have Santiago in your sights by now if you’re not there yet.
I hope your camino went well. Did you walk all the way with your slovakian amigo ?
I met a Slovakian from Bratislava during my Salvador/Primitivo in 2015. He enjoyed practicing his English which I thought was very fluent.
He had a nice gentle walking pace so we would often find each other during the day and also at our stops. As luck would have it on that trip, I had previously pre booked some free days in Bratislava after further planned touring Central Europe and he was there to collect me on my arrival at station Bratislava and be my guide for next few days.
Lovely people -

Annie

I will be 0n April 11 from SJPDP.. I was born in Slovakia but live in Canada. I'd be curious as well if any more from our small country are doing the pilgrimage.

Hey, I am Slovak and going to walk the Camino in July. :)

We may do ;) I;m starting in Astorga on 3th of May. I come from small city on the north of Slovakia called Čadca, but I live in Prague.

I also live in Prague, too bad we are doing the camino during different months.

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

wow.. I just checked our itinerary and we should be arriving in Astoria may 2, and leaving from there again May 3rd! So will likely meet up with you after all.
