Anyone doing the Camino in April 2016

Hi Jenny, I'll be at Orisson on April 13 also, Teal blue Osprey Sirrus! Meeting some other forum meetings at the Pilgrim Office in SJPP at 7pm on the 12th if you would like to join us.

That sounds like a great plan Cathy J. I'm actually staying at Corazon Puro on 12th so they will kindly drive me to SJPP on morning of 13th. I'll collect credential from Pilgrims office and walk to Orisson. Will be lovely to catch up with you there!

Hi Jenyat, looking forward to meeting up with you and a fellow blue osprey talon I see.
We also have Rick and Connie at Orission on the 13th but they don't get in from Canada till after lunch on the 13th and they are heading straight up the hill mid afternoon to join us at Orission.
Having discussed the 13th yet except most intend to have a look round SJPP in the morning and head up the hill around lunchtime, so if you want to meet up at the office on the 13th then we can all arrange a time and maybe set out together but at our own individual pace.
Just an idea.

At Ultreia now. Leaving today. Napoleon is closed. This place is beautiful! Everyone is so friendly. If anyone needs an altus poncho, there are plenty here to buy. The shop on the main street in the old town has all the equipment you could need. So dont panic. I even bought a new backpack because I had issues with my original.
Such a caring and respectful village. A treat.

We are planning to resume our Camino from Los Arcos on 24th. Fly into Bilboa afternoon of the 23rd. I would appreciate any guidance on getting to Los Arcos that evening. It appears the bus to Logrono leaves every 4 hrs which leaves it very late arriving at accommodation.
Look forward to any information available

I too am staying at Corazon Puro the night of Sat. 16, April. I'm flying into Madrid from Florida, busing to Pamplona, and being picked up at the bus station. Staying in SJPdP Sunday night and start walking on the 18th. Look forward to meeting you.

I'm on Camino now. Left April 18, in Astorga now, finish about May 25.
I booked Curazon Puro via their website. It worked out great. Istvar and his wife were great hosts, and transportation from Pamplona and to St. Jean went like clockwork. And you can't beat the price. 45 euros. Good luck, and Buen Camino.
