Anyone have information on the Cotalaya Compostela?

I was talking to a person online who mentioned that this year, it is possible to get a special Compostela called the Cotalaya. It is to commemorate the 800th anniversary of the Pilgrimage of St. Francis. They give it at the Monastery of St. Francis in Santiago and you can pick up the Credential in Roncesvalles and O Cebreiro.

(It's even whispered the Pope could appear, as he is a Francis!)

This is all I know.

Does anyone have any more information on this?
