Anyone know where I can buy a new power converter on the Fra

I have a friend who is on the camino frances right now near Logrono... any ideas where he might be able to pick up a new power converter? His wife emailed me so I'm passing it along.

What country is he from?
The South African plugs are the same as in Spain so we don't need converters - but he might find one in a travel shop or airport shop.

Many of our gadgets have their own converters, and that information can be found/read on the converter itself.... then the only need would be the plug to adapt to the Spanish plugs.
Otherwise I would ask any electronics store in those larger towns for a converter.
