Anyone on the Levante now?

Hi, amigos,
I just got an email from LTfit, who is currently volunteering in the Ponferrada albergue. Some time has opened up for her, so she has more time to walk at the end of her hospitalera stint than she had expected to have. So, she is contemplating going back to walk the part she hasn't yet walked, Toledo to Zamora. Her start dates would be around April 5-7.

Since wifi is difficult to come by for her in Ponferrada, she's asked me to post the question to see if there might be any companionship on this solitary but very beautiful (especially between Toledo and Avila!) Camino.

I'd go in a heartbeat if I could, but alas, I am far far away. Buen camino, Laurie

Hi Laurie and other Levante fans.

Thanks Laurie for your post. I see that no one reacted.

I returned last night from Spain and did indeed complete Toled0-Zamora then stayed in Zamora 4 days helping out in the albergue (I love Zamora). I am glad that I finished the Levante (already have walked the Sanabrés twice) but was alone for most of the time. I will post details in another thread.

Cheers,
LT
