Artieda to Leyre via upper reservoir route

There are several old posts about walking through from Artieda to Leyre via the route above the reservoir (via Tiermas), but nothing recently. I know some of that route was flooded at one time, but I also saw first-hand the low level of the Yesa reservoir last April when I was walking Arres to Ruesta and Yesa.

Has anyone walked this route in the 2017 or 2018? Any recent first-hand knowledge of reaching Leyre via that side of the water?

In February 2018, the reservoir was virtually empty. There were many protests signs leading me to believe that filling the reservoir is still in doubt. Like Portomarin, however, the water level may come land go. I don't think it will interfere with hiking.
