Hi guys and dolls. I've just signed up today and finally found this page. Just wondering if there are any fellow kiwis doing this awesome trail in July. I plan to start from Paris 7th July and make my way down to SJPDP. Would love company as hubby doesnt want to come with me.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
You will be fine on your own. Don't tie yourself to someone you do not know well. You will find a Camino family as you walk.

Hi,Ingrid I live in Auckland and used to love in Gizzie for a while, walked Camino Frances in 2006 and lots of other Caminos since. If you want to chat give me a call, just start a private conversation and I can give you my phone no.
Is there a particular reason for starting in Paris. If you are a bit nervous the le Puy route is busier with other pilgrims and exceptionally good as far as accommodation goes. Less road w alking too. Gitti
