Auspicious Camino Find

Today I was shopping in my local German Christmas shop, taking full advantage of their 25% off post-holiday sale. I looked up into a corner and found a Camino shell ornament. I’ve been to this shop (and it’s sister store) dozens of times and I’ve never seen this particular ornament. I know it sounds strange, but after delaying my first (and upcoming) Camino by three years, and experiencing a fair amount of hesitation about my decision to give it a go this coming August/September, it felt like a good omen - it was there to tell me my choice was the right one - and it’s all going to be okay. I know that’s a lot to put on a Christmas ornament, but I suppose sometimes you have to take these things as they come…
