Availability of Lodging Along Coastal Route Mid-September to Mid-October?

Wife and I are planning to walk our first Camino Portugues along the coastal route from Mid-September to Mid-October. We want to be flexible in how long we walk each day and whether we want to stay more than one night in a particular town or village. Therefore we don't want to book much of our lodging more than one day in advance. For personal reasons we prefer not to stay in albergues. What is the availability of hotels/pensions along the route at that time of year?

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

Shouldn't be an issue. Lots of hotels along the coast from Porto to Vigo and demand should be less that late in the season.
