Last week, my son (Johnny - the tall guy with the yellow or green Brazilian shirts) and I returned home from "our Camino." It was a wonderful month from Roncesvalles to Finisterra. We enjoyed the challenge of the walk, the scene, talking to the locals, the history, the spirituality, the nature, and the idea of stepping on the foot marks of pilgrims throughout the ages. But sharing the Camino with with fellow pilgrims made it all.
The Camino for us was nothing more nothing less than life itself, with the challenges, pains, pleasures, people that come and go, long trails and surprising corners. Thank you the tips, the incentives, and the sharing. Now I revisite all your messages with different experiences but with greater interest and sharing every idea.
Once I can get my notes together, I will share.
Again, thanks for your support. I touch my cross and my shell and I think of all of you in the "Buen Camino."

Thank you for sharing with the Forum guys.
In the middle ages people sought out the crowded routes for safety and comaraderie and it always amazes me that the majority of pilgrims today still feel that
sharing the Camino with with fellow pilgrims made it all
Yet, so often, when planning their pilgrimage, people try to find the route with the least pilgrims!
