Lots of people I saw used those type of services, there are many. But I think the two that I most saw were the Post Office, Correos and Camino Facil. There is about a 1 Euro price difference. I myself used Camino Facil, which on occassion actually collected and delivered the luggage to the ROOM, not just the lobby of the pension or hotel etc. Some days the luggage was collected directly from my room and lo and behold, was in the room upon arrival. What a blessing.

I used an agency (I do not recommend) but I saw many bags using the tags from Tuitrans. They collect in your hotel from 8h30 and deliver to your next hotel at maximum 16h00

Sending bags over such a distance in one go - especially if you are not yet certain where you will be staying in Santiago - can be less straightforward.
